During the last months, Ruben Benjamin observed his surroundings in terms of technology and natural phenomena to draw inspiration for new artworks. This process resulted in the four artworks EARTH, MILKY WAY, DARK MATTER and VOYAGER which will be available in a limited release on the 27th of July, 8PM Berlin / 2PM NYC.
For his latest Limited Release, Ruben Benjamin created a diverse palette of bold colors simulating the presence of a light source. The vibrant luminosity is achieved by arranging and combining colors in a three-dimensional, overlapping manner. This creates a visual spectacle where the interplay of vibrant shades creates an illusionary luminosity, through which the artworks appear to emit their own glow. This purism and the provoked contrast of light and shadow affected by the depth of the artworks characterize Ruben Benjamin's work.
Each artwork is uniquely made by the artist himself and will be signed, numbered and packaged in Ruben Benjamin's studio in Munich. Therefore, each artwork of the release is absolutely unique.
From each of the artworks EARTH, MILKY WAY, DARK MATTER and VOYAGER there will be 15 single pieces available in a single acrylic case. The holistic box of four, which depicts all four artworks and is the final centerpiece of the limited release, is also limited to 15 pieces. Each order comes with a branded box, cotton gloves, a screwdriver and a personalized certificate of authenticity. The single artworks will be priced at 550 EUR and the holistic box of four artworks will be priced at 2000 EUR (incl. tax).
The release is on a “first come, first serve” basis. There will be no further works of the edition. All works will be packaged and shipped from Ruben Benjamin's studio with great attention to detail once sold out.

ABOUT
RUBEN BENJAMIN
Ruben Benjamin is an artist from Germany. He began working with spray paint and textures at the age of 14, studied mechanical engineering and management, and produces his three-dimensional art in his studio in Munich. Ruben Benjamin’s work deals with perspective, natural phenomena, technology, and motion. Through the tremendous visual depth of the pieces, created by the complex layering of color, the artworks baffle the senses. His work is spread in collections accross New York City, Miami, Stockholm and Seoul.
